The Search Web Service allows you to search through the documents indexed
on a MetaCarta appliance by specifiying search criteria, including
geographic area and document keywords. The Search Web Service selects
documents from the archives meeting your search criteria and returns
information about these documents.
API Type: Web Service
Web Service APIs offer one or more types of output that can be
used programmatically and are focused on delivering content to web
applications. Requests to Web Service APIs are sent via HTTP queries
and can fit into a URL.
